How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship our shirts via Priority Mail through United States Postal Service (USPS.) Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery for orders within the United States. Please allow 12-15 days for delivery for Canada & International orders. We do have Express Mail available for Canada & International orders at an additional fee. Express Mail only takes 5-7 business days for delivery. All our packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation to help ensure that your package is not lost. Keep in mind that delivery confirmation is for our reference and is not the same thing as tracking. Tracking is only available for Express Mail customers.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal using the Internet's best processing tool, PayPal!
How long does it take if I pay with a PayPal eCheck?
eChecks do take a few extra business days to clear. Once the eCheck clears, we will ship your order out 'that morning'. Then your order will take the normal 5-7 days to be delivered. Usually much faster.
Is your online store credit card processing secure?
Yes, our store is secure for your privacy and safety. We use the same high quality credit card processing system used by many large companies such as SBC Onsmartpages.com and Verizon Superpages.com offerings.
Any special directions for washing/drying?
We recommend turning all shirts inside out to preserve the color of all t-shirt designs. They are 100% screen printed. As for shrinking, follow the directions on the tag of the shirt.
What size t-shirt do I buy???
We use Fruit of the Loom 100% cotton t-shirts, Fruit of the Loom 50/50 t-shirts, Hanes 50/50, Gildan 100%. Approximate Men's sizes are as follows (width is the measurement of the chest, which is armpit to armpit): Small - 18" width/27.5" height, Medium - 20" width/28.5" height, Large - 22" width/29.5" height, XLarge - 24" width/30.5" height, 2XL - 27" width/31.5" height. All of our Women's tees are made by American Apparel. Please review their size chart at http://store.americanapparel.net/2102.html, their women tees tend to run one size smaller because they are a fitted baby doll tee.
Return Policy:
We will replace your shirt if it's defective in anyway or if you were shipped the wrong item by mistake. Just e-mail us once you receive your order via our contact page with a note of what is defective on the shirt. We will also replace your Unworn/unwashed shirt if you need a different size - however please consider shrinking (our shirts are NOT preshrunk.) All sales are final! Store credit will be given in any situation.
